Grilled Romaine Heart
Well, given the circumstances, I'm brave to start the list with romaine lettuce, but there was a time when romaine lettuce was not contaminated with E. coli.
To make a smashed Caesar salad, simply season the romaine lettuce with salt and pepper and olive oil, then grill the lettuce over high heat. Once the lettuce is ready, add some grilled croutons, lemon juice and olive oil. Divine!
Until then, let's hold a minute of silence together for romaine lettuce.
Argentinian salad
Along the same lines, if you want to make a tasty salad, why not make a salad typical of Argentine cuisine.
Drop peppers, red onions and lettuce directly into your charcoal!
Yes, yes, right into your hot coals. You literally have to burn your vegetables! Once the skin of your vegetables is completely charred, place the vegetables in a bowl of ice water. Then, remove the skin and dry your vegetables a little. Cut into strips and place in a salad bowl! Add the Argentina dry marinade and presto, you have your ticket to Argentina!

Asparagus & sesame oil
Grilled asparagus on the barbecue is far from boring! Its best sidekick in my opinion is sesame oil! And if you're the threesome type , add BBQ Québec's Montreal dry rub.
Simple, but oh so delicious!
Potatoes without aluminum foil
Monique, Réjean, forget the aluminum foil with your potatoes. The tool you need to revolutionize your weekday meals is the BBQ Québec vegetable rack.
In a mixing bowl, place 8 potatoes. Add olive oil and the following two dry marinades: California And Argentina from BBQ Québec. Prick the potatoes on the support then place them in indirect cooking for around thirty minutes.
The crust of your potatoes will be crispy and above all tasty!
Grilled zucchini and cherry tomato skewers
If you want to make colorful skewers, why not combine cherry tomatoes with your zucchini!
Add olive oil, dry marinade California and the dry marinade Montreal spices from BBQ Québec then grill your skewers over medium heat for at least fifteen minutes. Feeling funky? Add some grilling cheese to your skewer. The kids will be delighted and will ask for more vegetables!
The Cucurbitaceae family
November is grey and you have a whiff of the cold. Why not make yourself some soups to warm you up a bit. And while we're at it, why not cook your squash on the barbecue!

The essential grilled corn
I'll end my list with the cherry on the cake! Boiling your corn is a crime! Trust me! Grill your corn.
There's more than just butter that can dress your corn on the cob. Check out the blog post right here to revolutionize your corn parties: https://bbqquebec.com/corn-recipe
And there you have it, you are now able to love vegetables a little more or invite a vegetarian to your table at your next BBQ party!
