Shipping times for a web order are 3-5 business days from the time the product is in stock.
When your package is ready to be collected by a carrier, the tracking number will be sent to you by email to allow you to follow the shipment in real time with the selected carrier.
If upon receiving the tracking number you see no activity or the carrier tells you there is no data, wait 24 hours. Once the carrier has performed the first "scan" on the box, the information will be recorded and available.
In the case of delivery of a BBQ following the sending of the shipping confirmation email; as we cannot provide you with a tracking number, an appointment will be made by telephone by one of our customer service advisors or by the carrier directly.
Due to the high number of orders and the many packages in circulation, once your order is in the hands of the carrier (Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator and Dicom), we unfortunately cannot provide you with a precise delivery time, however, the tracking number allows you to follow your package in real time on the carrier's website directly.
