We are not responsible for products that are damaged or lost in transit. For items returned to us, we will credit the amount paid for the returned product (less any additional shipping charges/fees related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

Delivery date will be determined by the date closest to the customer's purchase date. Shipping dates are estimates only. All shipments are sent by Canada Post. The risk of loss and title for all products purchased through the Site pass to the purchaser upon delivery of the product to the carrier.
