Return policy

Sales are final on all BBQ and special order purchases (BBQ parts and accessories).

Gift cards are not exchangeable, refundable, redeemable for cash or replaceable if lost or stolen.

There are no refunds or exchanges on food products (sauces and spices).

Accessories are exchangeable or refundable on a gift card if returned within 14 days of purchase. For the exchange or return to be accepted, the original labels and packaging of the accessories must be impeccable and the accessories must not have been used (their packaging must not have been opened).

Until we return to normal operations, we are not accepting requests for exchanges or refunds for products that were purchased in-store. Please know, however, that we will be flexible when we return to normal operations and a policy will be published at that time.

To be accepted for a return, merchandise must be in pristine condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Merchandise must also be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued within 3-5 business days after the item is received.

Please be sure to return your original invoice and/or your 6-digit order number, your contact information, and a note explaining the reason for the return.

Please note however that sales are final on BBQs and special orders (BBQ accessories or parts). No returns will be accepted on food products, sauces and/or spices.

For items returned to us, we will credit the amount paid for the returned product. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

For accessory refunds, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment for purchase.
