Servings: 2 (2 small pizzas per person)

Ingredients
- 8 thick slices bacon
- 1 bag of already sliced leeks or 1 large leek
- 1 brie
- 4 small pastas (keto style, pita, your choice)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup white wine
- ½ cup of crème fraîche
- Dawn Spices
- Ketchot Sauce
Steps

Cook the bacon

Make a roux with the butter and flour

Add the wine, then the crème fraîche

Sprinkle with Explorer Spices

Slice the brie

Add the sauce to your dough, then the leek, the brie and then the bacon

Cook on the BBQ for about 2 minutes, or until the dough browns and the cheese melts.
