It was while thinking about these moments that I had an epiphany for this completely decadent recipe that will plug this hole in no time!Ingredients
- Texas style BBQ spices Quebec
- 1 Twist-o-Max
- 1 bag of store-bought cheese chips (I like to use the spicy cheese triangle chips 😉)
- 1 jar of liquid nacho cheese sauce (try Quebec brands, they are just as delicious, with better quality ingredients)
- 1 tomato
- 1 red onion
- 2 green onions
- 4 hot dogs
- Tex Mex grated cheese
- 1 lime
Steps

Heat the nacho cheese in a cast iron skillet on the BBQ.

Roll the sausages in the twist-o-max.

Grill the sausages

Meanwhile, cut the tomato and red onion into small cubes.

Add half to the cheese sauce and Texas spices

Arrange the chips in a BBQ dish

Pour the sauce over the chips
