The famous stuffer has stuffed several foods since joining the BBQ Québec family of accessories. From hamburger patties to tartares, including shepherd's pies and so on. Since I am a fan of desserts, I wanted to try to make a stuffed biscuit s'mores . Clearly the perfect dessert for fall and to enjoy this period of cocooning .
There's nothing better than a nice hot chocolate in front of a fire with a cookie. Maybe my famous cookie will even replace the traditional Santa cookie under the tree.
Serving: 1 large cookie (can easily be shared by 4 people)
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes

5-6 pieces of chocolate or about fifteen chocolate chips

Open your BBQ to preheat it to 350°F.
-
Take out your dough has cookie from the fridge and make sure it is cold and hard.
-
Spread the dough into your stuffer mold, and close the lid to create the hole that you are going to stuff.
-
Add the graham crackers, marshmallows and chocolate.
-
Close your biscuit using the stuffer lid previously filled with biscuit dough.
-
Unmold your biscuit.
-
Place your biscuit on a large baking sheet that can go on the BBQ, as your biscuit will grow bigger.

Place the plate on indirect cooking on your barbecue for 15 minutes.
-
Take out your biscuit and let it rest for 15 minutes.
-
Serve to your guests preferably with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
**To ensure the success of this recipe I used store-bought cookie dough, but you can experiment with this recipe using your homemade cookie dough. Just make sure it is very cold to prevent it from sticking in the stuffer.
