Ingredients
4 unpeeled bananas
110 g (4 oz) milk chocolate, grated
4 tbsp amaretto
4 tbsp maple flakes
110 g (2 cups) miniature marshmallows
Preparation
Preheat the barbecue to 200°C (400°F).
Open the banana peel and leave the fruit inside. Spread the chocolate and drizzle with amaretto.
Cover with maple flakes and marshmallows.
Bake over indirect heat for 10 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned and chocolate is melted.
