Canadian Chicken Wings

If you are tired of waiting for the Canadiens to score 5 goals to eat chicken wings or if you are a fervent chicken wing fan, this post is for you!

Here are 3 variations of chicken wings that will liven up your Saturday night hockey games. If you don't have a good show on the ice, you can put on a show in the comfort of your living room with your BBQ successes.

Ingredients:

For lovers of sweet chicken wings:
A package of chicken wings (about 25 wings)
❏1/4 cup maple syrup
❏4 tablespoons of Kansas BBQ Quebec dry marinade
❏2 tablespoons of Tex-Max BBQ Québec dry marinade
BBQ Quebec Sweet Lemon Sauce

For those who love the distinctive mustard taste of South Carolina
A package of chicken wings (about 25 wings)
❏1/4 cup maple syrup
❏4 tablespoons of SJB spices
❏SJB South Carolina Style Sauce

For those who prefer spicy wings, Buffalo style
A package of chicken wings (about 25 wings)
❏1/4 cup maple syrup
❏4 tablespoons Oakridge Game Bird Spice
❏2 tablespoons Oakridge Secret Weapon Spice
❏Pappy's Buffalo Sauce

Preparation
1- Mix the spices for uniformity
2- In a large bowl, mix the wings and maple syrup
3- Add the spices to the wings and mix well

Cooking:
1- Place the wings in indirect cooking in the BBQ at 350°F
2- Brush the wings with BBQ sauce when the internal temperature of the wings reaches 150°F
3- Leave the wings in indirect cooking until the internal temperature reaches 175°F
4- For best results, grill directly for 1 to 2 minutes on each side to brown the wings.
5- Remove from the BBQ, leave to rest for 5 minutes
6- Enjoy!
