Pork meatballs
Why make it complicated when you can make it simple? The recipe I'm sharing with you today is quick and easy to make, AND it tastes really good. It's also paleo, so if you're following that diet, it's a great recipe to add to your menu.

- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup sauerkraut
- 1 cup parmesan cheese

Appalaches BBQ Québec X La ferme Monette dry marinade , to taste

Dry marinade l’Aube BBQ Québec X La ferme Monette , to taste
Preparation :
- Preheat BBQ to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
- Form the mixture into balls and cook them on the BBQ in the indirect cooking zone until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
- Serve and enjoy!
