SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times for a web order are 5-7 business days from the time the product is in stock.

When your package is ready to be collected by a carrier, the tracking number will be sent to you by email to allow you to follow the shipment in real time with the selected carrier.

If upon receiving the tracking number you see no activity or the carrier tells you there is no data, wait 24 hours. Once the carrier has performed the first "scan" on the box, the information will be recorded and available.

In the case of delivery of a BBQ following the sending of the shipping confirmation email; as we cannot provide you with a tracking number, an appointment will be made by telephone by one of our customer service advisors or by the carrier directly.

Due to the high number of orders and the many packages in circulation, once your order is in the hands of the carrier (Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator and Dicom), we unfortunately cannot provide you with a precise delivery time, however, the tracking number allows you to follow your package in real time on the carrier's website directly.

BBQ DELIVERY - ONLINE SHOPPING

Free delivery of Weber or Napoleon or Camp Chef BBQ with purchases of $999 or more, before taxes.

With the purchase of a Weber or Napoleon BBQ of $999 or more, before taxes, free standard delivery is offered to you in Quebec[1]. For any purchase of a Weber BBQ (except Master-touch) and Napoleon of less than $999, a fee of $50 + taxes will apply.**

For shipping of Weber brand Master-Touch, all colors combined, a fee of $30 + taxes will apply to your order.[1].

Kamado Joe

For Kamado Joe brand BBQs, we invite you to contact our chat team by going to www.bbqquebec.com to get a quote for the purchase of your BBQ. You can also write, taking care to indicate the exact model of Kamado you wish to purchase, and your complete delivery address.

Sunterra and Yoder

For Sunterra, Yoder, Arteflame and Hamrforge brand BBQs, a delivery fee of $200 + taxes will apply. For Hunsaker brand BBQs, a delivery fee of $100 + taxes will apply, anywhere in Canada [2]

Small BBQs

Small BBQ deliveries may be shipped by Purolator, or another carrier, depending on the size of the box and the BBQ selected. The carrier will be confirmed at the time of processing your order.

Other provinces

For BBQ purchases shipped to a province other than Quebec[2], a shipping fee of $59 + taxes will apply for a BBQ over $999 and a fee of $150 + taxes will apply for a BBQ under $999.

DELIVERY OF ACCESSORIES, SAUCES, SPICES AND GIFT CARDS - ONLINE SHOPPING

Standard shipping by Canada Post is free in Quebec[1], for all orders of accessories, spices and sauces totaling $75 and more before taxes. A fee of $9.99 + taxes applies for all orders of accessories, spices and sauces less than $75 before taxes. All small parcel shipments (less than 30 kilos) will be sent by Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, Dicom or nationex according to standard shipping, depending on the shipping region.

For shipments in Ontario, the shipping costs for orders of accessories, sauces and spices are $9.99 + taxes.

For shipments to other provinces,[2] a shipping fee of $17.99 + taxes will be applied to all orders of accessories, sauces and spices.

Très instructif

Livre très instructif qui explique bien les différents procédés et façons de faire pour fumer de la viande autant à chaud qu'à froid. De plus, le livre contient plusieurs recettes. Il m'est très utile dans mon apprentissage à cet égard.
