Pizza Smore to use up your leftover Easter chocolate!

Pizza Smore pour passer vos restants de chocolat de Pâques!
What's better than smores for a dessert on the stove?
With a 2 year old daughter, we receive tons of chocolate for Easter and we don't know what to do with it.
Here is a recipe that is still simple to make, on your All-in-1 , to use up your leftover chocolate.
Servings: 6
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
  • 175 milliliters of water at a temperature of 108°F
  • 5g sea salt
  • 0.3g instant yeast
  • 250g of “00” flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Combine in the bowl of a stand mixer: water, salt and stir to dissolve.
Then add the yeast and let it sit for 2 to 3 minutes to rehydrate.
Add the flour and cocoa, then mix for 2 minutes at low speed.
Knead the dough again, knead for 1 to 2 minutes, still at low speed.
Turn on the interior light of your oven to create a little heat, the dough will rise more easily.
Place the dough in a bowl covered with a convenient pedicel, then let it rise for 3 hours.
After 3 hours of first rising, knead the dough for 2-3 minutes by hand and put it back in the bowl, lightly oiled this time.
Let the dough rise for another 2 to 3 hours . It will be ready after this second rise.
Chocolate sauce
To make the chocolate sauce, place 280g of your leftover chocolate in a double boiler containing about 1/4 cup of cooking cream.
Melt the chocolate into the cream to create a sauce, then set aside.
The BBQ
Start your All-in-1 in pizza mode, but at a temperature of around 400°F.
Preheat the pizza stone for a good 20 minutes. We don't want a wood fire for now.
The pizza
Place your dough on the pizza spatula and add the chocolate sauce. Cook for about 10 minutes in the All-in-1.
Then add a layer of honey graham cracker, covered with small marshmallows!
Return to the BBQ with a light flame in the All-in-1 then watch carefully.
When the back of the marshmallows is golden, turn around!
Once the pizza is finished, let it cool for at least 15 minutes before serving in slices!
You can add fruit for your awareness, or ice cream for the mental benefits.
