- Argentina BBQ Spices Quebec
- Funky Chili BBQ Sauce Quebec
- Avocado oil
- 1 package of chicken drumsticks
- 2 potatoes
Steps
- Make 3 small surface cuts in each drumstick
- Brush the drumsticks with oil
- Sprinkle with Tex Max spices
- Wait 5 to 10 minutes for the spices to adhere well to the meat.
- Place on the BBQ at 400 degrees for direct cooking
- Turn the drumsticks every 5 to 7 minutes.
- Cook to an internal temperature of 163-165°F maximum
- Transfer to indirect cooking, then add a layer of Funky Chili sauce
- Insert one potato into the skewer at a time and make a twist with a small precision knife such as the Kai paring knife .
- Pro tip: Make the twist cuts further away from the skewer, then flip with your knife to slowly cut all the way to the center, stretching the potato to create the twist.
- Brush with oil and add Argentina spices.
- Cook indirectly until tender.
- To get crispy skin, cook them directly for a few moments.
