In our home, Easter is synonymous with good memories and traditions. What a joy to see the little ones go on an egg hunt with their baskets, to invite the family to share a gargantuan brunch and to eat the chocolate that the children received without their knowledge!
A German tradition is to light a big fire to celebrate Easter. The Osterfeuer (in German) celebrates the end of bad weather and the arrival of spring. Inspired by the flame, at BBQ Québec this year, we are launching a new fire tradition: the Easter BBQ!
In addition to ushering in the peak BBQ season, you'll have guaranteed fun with the kids by making this decadent chocolate pizza recipe. As good for breakfast as for dessert, you'll wow all your guests at the traditional Easter brunch!
Happy Easter and happy BBQ everyone!
