Mat is the intense BBQ guy, the competitor who retired from the circuit to devote himself to his passion, without pressure.

This direct man goes straight to the point and never speaks for nothing.

When he's interested in something he goes all in, which is why the meat industry has no hiding place for him.

From a young age, he was immersed in the world that revolves around the feast of carnivores, where meat and knives are omnipresent.

The environment in which he is lucky to grow up is wood and fire.

It is therefore inevitable that his interests will naturally turn towards barbecue and everything that surrounds it.

That said, it is very important to understand that what attracts him is the science of meat and smoke, not marketing trends and gadgets!

He likes real barbecue without any gimmicks.

After years of dedication to competition, Mat now turns to the simple pleasure of cooking, without pressure or expectations, out of an unconditional love of BBQ.
