The lunch recipe I'm presenting to you today is anything but ordinary!
Indeed, it is a CARNIVORE lunch! Yes, yes, the pancakes themselves are made with meat and I assure you that the whole thing is, as usual, delicious and very easy to make. A real treat for the whole family!

Here's how to make this tasty meal:

Required tool:

BBQ Quebec Pizza Stone

Ingredients :

3 eggs

¼ lb ground beef

¼ tsp ground smoked salt Smokehouse Aces

Butter, for cooking

1 tbsp creamy goat cheese or whipped cream

Strawberries, to taste

Blueberries, to taste

Blueberry honey, to taste

Autumn honey, to taste

Preparation :

Place the pizza stone on the BBQ grill and preheat it to 450°F.

Place the ground meat, eggs and salt in a bowl or the bowl of a food processor. Blend with a stick blender or food processor until smooth. (The texture should be very runny.)

Butter the pizza stone, then pour the meat mixture onto the stone to form the crepe.

Let the crepe cook for about 2 to 4 minutes. Turn it over when it is cooked through and let it cook until golden brown.

When the crepe is ready, remove it from the BBQ. Spread the goat cheese (or whipped cream) on top.

Cut the strawberries into quarters, then garnish the crepe with the berries (place the strawberry pieces and blueberries on the goat cheese).

Roll the crepe up and drizzle a little of each type of honey on top.

Serve and enjoy this amazing protein breakfast!
