My family, friends and colleagues love key lime pies or as they say so well. I wanted to please them by cooking this classic on the barbecue. What's better than a key lime pie...? A key lime pie with a slight taste of charcoal! Working at BBQ Québec, I am often required to step out of my comfort zone both at work and in the kitchen and it's very interesting. I am a person who really likes to cook and I like cooking even more to give the people I love a taste. So I offer you a recipe for key lime pie made on a summit charcoal.
I made several people jealous after making this recipe so I feel like I'm going to have to make it again!
