Ingredients
- Pizza dough (store-bought, or ours right here )
- Haloumi of Bedouin cheeses
- Labneh of Bedouin cheeses
- Nabulsi of Bedouin cheeses
- THE spices new delhi
- THE California spices
- Tomato sauce
- BBQ Quebec Pizza Stone
- All-in-One
- Pizza spatula
- Pizza cutter
Steps
- Put your kettle and All-in-One BBQ in pizza mode ( see how here )
- Preheat the pizza stone gradually in the BBQ for about 20 min.
- Prepare grated haloumi cheese and sliced nabulsi
- Add California spices to the tomato sauce
- Roll out the pizza dough on the previously floured spatula and bring up the sides of the crust
- Spread the tomato sauce
- Put the Haloumi cheese
- Add the Nabulsi slices
- Sprinkle New Delhi spices on top
- Put the pizza on the BBQ
- Turn halfway through cooking, after about 2 minutes.
- Finish cooking the pizza
- Take the pizza out, and put 5 good spoons of labneh on top
- Sprinkle with California and New Delhi spices for the finish
