If you want to cook a tasty meal that will add color to your plate, this recipe is what you need!

Seriously, the result is really hot and I already know that you will devour it. 😉

Here's how to make this recipe:

Ingredients: For the crab legs:


For the butter:

  • 1 tbsp clarified butter, melted
  • 2 oz spiced rum
  • 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

Preparation :

  1. Preheat BBQ to 400°F with rear burner on.
  2. Place the rotisserie basket on the rotisserie spit and place the accessories inside the BBQ.
  3. Roughly chop the onion, garlic cloves and half a lemon and half a lime into large cubes.
  4. Crack the crab legs so that they open slightly.
  5. Place crab legs, vegetables and citrus in rotisserie basket (or grilling basket) and sprinkle with Caribbean Style and Argentina Style dry rubs. Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes. (If using grilling basket, turn contents occasionally.)
  6. Meanwhile, mix the ingredients for the butter in a saucepan. Place it on the BBQ and let the mixture cook for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
  7. Turn burners to high, broil contents of rotisserie basket, then pour butter mixture over top. (If food is in the broiler basket, brush butter mixture over top with basting brush as food is broiling.)
  8. Serve and enjoy!
