Who hasn't wanted to experience living in Fred Caillou's prehistoric world? I once did this, one day, at Walt Disney in Florida during the American Thanksgiving weekend. Everyone, big and small, old and young, were eating what I thought were huge prehistoric chicken drumsticks (pterodactyls) boosted with steroids. After analyzing the product and the situation, I realized that people were grabbing turkey drumsticks and eating them with veracity.
Since then, the years have passed, the eras too and this year I said to myself: I'm going to make my own BBQ turkey drumsticks to highlight the contribution of this majestic bird that sits enthroned in the middle of family tables at American Thanksgiving!
So here is the recipe and the method:
Servings: 4

Preparation time: 30 minutes
