Lunch is my favorite meal of the day! If I could, I would eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Luckily for me, this grilled cheese can be eaten at the beginning or end of the day. Enjoy!

Ingredients :
- 4 slices of apple and raisin bread or another type (maple and walnut, orange cranberry, etc.)
- A few slices of brie cheese
- 1 apple
- 1 handful of baby spinach
- Spice Cake
- Maple syrup, to taste
- Assemble your grilled cheese in the following order: bread, cheese, spices, cake, apples, spinach and bread.
- Grill over high direct heat on your barbecue for 30 seconds to 1 minute on each side, until golden brown.
- Serve on a plate and garnish with a little or a lot of maple syrup.
