Grilled Cheese Breakfast

Grilled Cheese déjeuner - BBQ Québec

Lunch is my favorite meal of the day! If I could, I would eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Luckily for me, this grilled cheese can be eaten at the beginning or end of the day. Enjoy!

Preparation time: 5 min

Cooking time: 2 min

Ingredients :

  • 4 slices of apple and raisin bread or another type (maple and walnut, orange cranberry, etc.)
  • A few slices of brie cheese
  • 1 apple
  • 1 handful of baby spinach
  • Spice Cake
  • Maple syrup, to taste
Preparation:
  1. Assemble your grilled cheese in the following order: bread, cheese, spices, cake, apples, spinach and bread.
  2. Grill over high direct heat on your barbecue for 30 seconds to 1 minute on each side, until golden brown.
  3. Serve on a plate and garnish with a little or a lot of maple syrup.
