Candy Bacon

Candy Bacon
Servings: 4
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 16 minutes
Barbecue temperature: 200°C (400°F)

Ingredients:
  • 12 slices bacon, 1 cm (1/2 inch) thick
  • 4 tbsp Quebec BBQ Cake seasoning
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) chocolate sauce, your choice, hot
Preparation:
  • Preheat the barbecue for indirect heat cooking.
  • Sprinkle bacon with spices on each side. Cook over indirect heat for 8 minutes on each side, turning often, until tender and dry.
  • Serve the bacon with the chocolate sauce.
