Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 16 minutes
Barbecue temperature: 200°C (400°F)
Ingredients:
- 12 slices bacon, 1 cm (1/2 inch) thick
- 4 tbsp Quebec BBQ Cake seasoning
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) chocolate sauce, your choice, hot
- Preheat the barbecue for indirect heat cooking.
- Sprinkle bacon with spices on each side. Cook over indirect heat for 8 minutes on each side, turning often, until tender and dry.
- Serve the bacon with the chocolate sauce.
Tip: You can cook your bacon on the Baconizer for more even cooking.
