Next, the section that will interest you the most, what exactly is the Alésia M23 module?
It is a 72 inch (6 foot) long module, made of 304 stainless steel, and covered with a granite top.
The granite is black Cambrian and Quebec (it comes from a quarry in Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean). This granite is the densest of all per square inch and has the advantage of resisting the effects of freezing and thawing. Quebec temperatures will therefore not affect its beautiful look, whatever the season. 👌
The fact that this module is made of 304 stainless steel is also an important aspect to highlight, because this means that it will not rust, that it is made to last over time, and that it is easy to maintain. Elements that are all not insignificant.
By the way, you will also probably like seeing the BBQ Québec logo printed on the front of the module; a logo that adds a touch of classiness to the module and gives it personality, while indicating to your visitors that you have taste. 😉
Otherwise, this module also has two drawers and a trash drawer; assets divided over an 18-inch space. We made sure that our module contains enough storage space for you to work with all your equipment (cookware, plates, etc.) and a "trash area" so that you can dispose of your leftovers without having to go back and forth to your house.
Lastly, there are two BBQ heads that can be built into this module. The BIPRO500 or BIG32RB model ; two Napoleon grill heads. In both cases, the propane and natural gas version is available and can be installed in this module . Whichever barbecue head you select, you will have a reliable and Canadian product in your hands. You will therefore, without a doubt, be happy with your choice.
A quick turnaround time
What is very interesting about this module is that you will be able to receive it at home within about 2 to 4 weeks after placing your order . If you are someone who is more of a "last minute" type, choosing this module will then allow you to enjoy the big BBQ season on time.
Both delivery and installation of this module are done in a short time.
An affordable price
Considering all aspects of this module (size, materials, and storage spaces), the price of the latter is very reasonable. The module itself costs $6995 before taxes, which is an affordable solution, considering all that it offers.
Obviously, at this price you will have to add that of the barbecue head that you choose.
A complete kitchen
With an Alésia M23 module in your backyard, you will already have a good kitchen space to work with. However, if you feel like expanding your outdoor kitchen space, know that all is not lost.
Indeed, you will be able to add other modules later (Cuinox offers a large selection of modules; there are 24, 36, 48 and 72 inches), and even add an extension for a refrigerator or a sink, for example.
A sensible choice
To conclude, the Alésia M23 module is really interesting for those who want to have an outdoor kitchen in their yard quickly without affecting their wallet too much, or, even, to own a collectible BBQ Québec item (because, yes, we remind you, it is a module exclusive to BBQ Québec 😊).
