Routine in fast-track mode is the summary of your weeknights with your family? Is your BBQ crying all alone in its corner because you neglect it, supposedly no longer having time to use it? I have the solution for you!
Here are my tips for incorporating a BBQ dinner into your daily evening routine.
Tip 1 : Make your BBQ accessible from home. For my part, I always keep my gas BBQ ( Blaze 4 ) as close as possible to my patio door and in winter, I arrange for it to be accessible from the inside.
Tip 2 : Prepare your meats the day before. Sprinkle a very thin layer of spices on the meats to integrate a little flavor into them. Be careful not to put too much, especially if your spices are very salty.
Tip 3 : Choose thinner cuts of meat, this will allow you to reduce cooking time.
Tip 4 : Choose simple and effective accompaniments. For example, asparagus is an excellent choice with a quick rice envelope. Remember that the important thing is the meat... at least for me. 😉
Tip 5 : When you arrive home, start the BBQ straight away.
