Smoky Summer Cocktail

Cocktail d'été fumé

When the nice weather arrives, I like to make myself refreshing cocktails, but you know me, as I am a real BBQ enthusiast, I love to give them a little BBQ twist!

Smoked cocktail, it sounds intimidating, but I promise you it's a lot easier than it looks. Plus, it'll really wow your guests, the WOW factor of smoke in the shaker is not to be overlooked.

As with any cocktail recipe, feel free to vary the alcohol or garnishes to your taste.

  4. Blow to extinguish the pellets.

  5. Trap the smoke by placing the shaker upside down on the grid, over the granules, for 20 seconds.

  6. Place the shaker directly over the glass containing the gin and ice.

  7. Shake the alcohol with ice and smoke for 30 to 60 seconds. Remove the shaker.

I love this recipe because it is so versatile! By changing the alcohol used, or using tonic, sparkling water or something else, and even changing the flavor of the granules, you get a completely different result!

Come on, let your imagination run wild and let me know what you think!
