Reporting to the Store Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing the operations and personnel of the distribution and warehouse department.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage a group of workers in a warehouse

• Carry out activities of unloading and loading of material, handling of material using a forklift

• Ensure the maintenance of quality standards (5S) and the health and safety of employees under his responsibility

• Participate in the configuration of storage locations

• Ensure that the warehouse management system is updated for all products, parts

• Supervise the work of a team of warehouse clerks responsible for handling materials

• Carry out inventory

• Implement measures to improve working methods and performance

• Ensure that forklift training is provided to warehouse clerks by an experienced trainer (forklift license)

• Collaborate with the supervision team in the daily management of activities

• Promote company values

Profile sought:

• Operations/Logistics Management Training

• Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse supervision

• Computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook,

• Experience with a warehouse management system

• Ability to manage production staff

• Ability to work in a team

• Experience in continuous process improvement

• Sense of urgency and results orientation
