Being a cashier means being the first and last point of contact with the customer. You must therefore ensure that you greet the customer warmly, know your product well in order to answer the various questions that the customer may ask and ensure that you provide impeccable customer service, worthy of the company. The person occupying this position must be comfortable communicating with customers in person or on the phone and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

● Welcome customers in a warm manner;
● Answer the phone;
● Carry out monetary transactions;
● Efficiently process customer transactions, as well as package their purchases;
● Ensure that the workspace is clean and tidy;
● Ensure inter-store communication;
● Carry out the balancing of the boxes;
● Participate in the marketing of new products.

Qualifications:

● High school diploma (desired);
● Customer service experience (+/- 1 year);
● Equivalent experience (an asset);
● Be smiling;
● Have good communication skills;
● Demonstrate autonomy while respecting established procedures;
● Have a good sense of organization and priorities.
