Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service

• Achieve personal and store sales goals
• Hold 5-minute meetings with each employee at the start of the shift to ensure that the sales team has all the tools in hand to perform at their best.
• Assist the store manager in maximizing the team's potential by establishing action plans.
• Sharing sales objectives and indicators (daily target, weekly target, upt, $/transaction, productivity, conversion rate).
• Builds the team by making adjustments as needed
• Inform the team of what's new in store and promotions.
• Have in-depth knowledge of the product and history. Do product knowledge with the team.
• Have LEADERSHIP, be POSITIVE, DISCIPLINED and PROFESSIONAL on the sales floor.
• Be a motivator and maintain an atmosphere conducive to staff development.
• Exercise good judgment when providing after-sales service (returns, refunds, etc.)
• Be a team player.
• Check that the cash register/printer system is working properly and that it never runs out of paper, ink, cash register rolls, etc.
• Apply the procedures and steps established by the head office

· Stay up to date with the latest developments in the world of BBQ

· Carry out cash register transactions

· Maintain the store and keep it clean at all times

· Supply and participate in marketing

· Attend BBQ classes that will provide the knowledge needed to become a grilling pro
