For some, a pleasant activity is going to the cinema or going for a bike ride.
For me it's the BBQ.
When I BBQ, both in the BBQ Québec classroom and at home, I forget everything around me and simply have fun.
I am a foodie by nature and for me it was the best possible compromise: learning, eating and working at the same time!
Just like my sister Julie, I am also passionate about cooking who sought to broaden my knowledge through BBQ, which at the time was a completely unknown world to me.
I had this prejudice that still exists that "BBQ is a guy's thing."
Yet now I am surrounded by women who love playing in fire even more than some men!
It's thanks to my sister that I started working at BBQ Québec and that I became so motivated to use all types of grills!
I started as a course assistant and quickly showed an interest in doing even more. I wanted to be a part of every possible event and I was able to find my extroverted side in those moments.
Having attended classes with all the BBQ Québec teachers, I consider that I have a huge background in cooking techniques.
I love experimenting with my BBQ (new recipes, new techniques) and being able to share them in my classes as I go along!
