- 8 Cans of Clark molasses beans
- 1 large white onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 package of Quebec BBQ ribs, available at IGA
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Tex-Max Spices
- Kansas Spices
- The Booster
- Mamacita Sweet Night Sauce
- Maple Bourbon Sauce
Preparation :
- Cook ribs according to package directions.
- Cook the bacon.
- Chop the garlic and onion into small pieces then roast in the casserole dish with oil or butter.
- Shred the ribs.
- Add the Clark beans to the chopped vegetables along with the bacon and pulled ribs to the pot.
- Add the spices, Booster, and BBQ sauce to taste, then stir every 10 minutes over very low heat.
- Let the flavors infuse and after a minimum of an hour, you will have the famous Quebec BBQ beans in your hands.
