Great introductory course to BBQing and grilling. Indirect and direct cooking, searing vs reverse searing, tips, tricks, dry rubs, when to sauce....all things that are covered in this course for steak, pork loin, chicken, hamburger, sausage, fish, vegetables. Thanks to JP and his helper for a great night and I am very much looking forward to future courses!
