Chocolate peach skewers

Ingredients:
  • 16 cubes of chocolate bread
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 16 cubes of halloumi cheese
  • 4 peaches cut into 16 cubes
  • 8 wooden skewers
  • salted caramel sauce
Method:
  1. Preheat the Barbecue for direct heat cooking
  2. Dip the bread cubes in the melted butter and set aside.
  3. Prepare the skewers by successively threading a cube of bread, a cube of cheese, a cube of peach, a cube of bread, a cube of cheese, a cube of peach and so on.
  4. Make the other 7 skewers in the same way.
  5. Cook the skewers over direct heat for 1 minute on each of the 4 sides.
  6. Serve with caramel sauce
